Why we started

Too many people on a plan spend their week chasing their own supports — a different worker each visit, a schedule that changes without warning, and a phone number that goes to voicemail. The support itself is not complicated. Turning up reliably, listening properly and doing what was agreed is most of the job.

Infinity Assistance was set up to do exactly that, at a size where nobody becomes a file number. We would rather support fewer people well than more people badly.

How we work

Support starts with a conversation, not a form. We ask what you want your week to look like, what has not worked before, and what a good support worker looks like to you. Then we match someone, put the schedule in writing, and check in properly rather than assuming silence means everything is fine.

Every support worker we send is briefed on your goals before they arrive. You should never have to explain your own routine from scratch to someone standing in your kitchen.

What we commit to

• Support delivered under the NDIS Code of Conduct
• Workers with a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Written service agreements before support starts
• Any conflict of interest named in writing, never buried
• Your information kept private and handled under the Privacy Act
• A complaint taken seriously the first time you raise it
