What we do
Our supports
NDIS core supports delivered one-to-one across Brisbane, plus support coordination to make the rest of the plan work. If what you need is not listed here, ask anyway — we would rather tell you honestly than take on work we cannot do well.

- Medication prompting and reminders
- Support workers matched to you, not rostered at random
Community & Social Participation
Getting out and staying connected — appointments, shopping, sport, classes, coffee with friends, or simply somewhere that is not the house.
- One-to-one community access
- Sport, hobbies, classes and events
- Building confidence in public spaces
- Support to keep up existing friendships

- Support to use public transport safely
Respite & Short-Term Support
Planned or short-notice cover so family carers get a genuine break, with someone the participant already knows and trusts.
- Planned respite blocks

- Consistent workers, not a different face each time
- Carer handover in writing every time
Support Coordination
Help to make sense of your plan, find providers who suit you, and get supports actually running — then sort it out when something changes.
- Understanding what is in your plan and what it can pay for
- Finding and comparing providers, not just the ones we know
- Setting up service agreements and bookings
- Stepping in when a support falls over
Common questions
Before you get in touch
Can you work with my plan?
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If you are not sure how your plan is managed, tell us in your enquiry and we will help you work it out — it is written on your plan, and your plan manager or support coordinator will know.
If you coordinate my supports, do I have to use your support workers?
No, and we will say so in writing. Delivering both support coordination and hands-on supports to the same person is a conflict of interest, and the NDIS expects providers to name it rather than quietly benefit from it. If we coordinate your plan we will show you real options from other providers, tell you plainly when one of them is a better fit than us, and record the choice you make. Using our coordination never obliges you to use our support workers, and declining our support workers never affects your coordination.
What does a support coordinator actually do?
They read your plan with you, work out what it can and cannot pay for, find and compare providers, set up the service agreements and bookings, and step in when something falls over. The aim is that you end up needing us less, not more.
How quickly can support start?
It depends on the hours you need and when you need them. We will give you an honest answer at the first conversation rather than a date we cannot hold to.
What if the support worker is not the right fit?
Tell us and we will change it. You do not need to explain yourself, and it will not affect anything else about your support.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You will get a written service agreement setting out what is being delivered and what it costs, and either of us can end it with reasonable notice.
Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
Talk to us first and we will deal with it. You can also raise a concern directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544, at any time, and you do not need our permission to do so.
Not sure which supports you need?
That is a normal place to start. Tell us roughly what a hard week looks like and we will work out the rest together.
